The storm path that stretched from Arkansas, Missouri, Illinois, Tennessee, and Kentucky is one of the worst our country has seen.  The cost of the destruction and death numbers continue to increase as I write this column. As many as thirty tornados were confirmed in the path.  Amazingly, one was recorded on the ground for over 200 miles crushing a nursing home in Arkansas, an Amazon warehouse in Illinois, and demolishing a candle factory in Kentucky. To put that in perspective, that distance is similar to Rapid City to Pierre or Pierre to Sioux Falls. At the time of writing this, Kentucky has confirmed 74 deaths with over 100 people still unaccounted for.
